Every child comes into the world seeking a secure relationship with her/his caregivers. A secure attachment between children and their caregivers is critical to current and future functioning. The Circle of Security® Parenting Program promotes security and is designed to improve the connection between children and their caregivers. Participants will learn language and strategies to use as caregivers and leave with a deeper understanding of the Circle of Security® Parenting Program and how it can be useful and helpful for their family.

Anna Clavin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She works at a non-profit mental health agency in St. Cloud, MN, providing services to individuals across the life span, with an emphasis on infancy/early childhood and their caregivers. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, strength, and connection by supporting emotional, relational, and developmental growth. In addition to her clinical work she facilitates Circle of Security group, facilitates trainings/consultation and is actively involved in her community through committees that serve to increase awareness and access to services.
