This workshop will aim to empower and educate Foster parents on the impact fostering has on children in the home. We will seek to develop awareness of common issues and struggles in fostering families and empower Foster parents with tools and strategies to better address the needs of children in fostering families.

Brandon Jensen, MS, LMFT, PACC, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Brandon provides therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Brandon has completed training through the University of Minnesota Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate program to specialize in working with pre/post adopted individuals and families. When working with individuals, couples, and families; Brandon uses a strength-based approach that seeks to empower people to better their lives, and the lives of their families.
